We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Applicable taxes will be calculated during checkout.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
OrgaVastr reserves the right to accept or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
In the event of cancellation by OrgaVastr, any amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Made-to-Order Products

Many of our garments are handcrafted and made to order.

Standard production time is approximately 10 business days unless otherwise stated.
Production timelines may vary during festive seasons, sales, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Custom-made or altered garments cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

6. Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location.
Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of OrgaVastr.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

7. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only.
Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
Made-to-order, customised, altered, sale, and promotional items are not eligible for exchange.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before production or dispatch begins.
Once production has started, made-to-order products cannot be cancelled.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days.
