Return and Refund Policy

At OrgaVastr, every garment is thoughtfully handcrafted with exceptional attention to detail. Many of our pieces are produced in limited quantities or made to order, which is why we currently offer exchanges only and do not accept returns for refunds.

Exchange Eligibility

We offer a one-time exchange within 3 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

• The exchange request is initiated within 3 calendar days of receiving the order.
• The garment is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact.
• The product shows no signs of wear, perfume, stains, alterations, or damage.

Requests received after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted

Important Information

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• Colour variations may occur slightly due to screen settings and are not considered defects.
• OrgaVastr reserves the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
